Old Testament Survey — Grade 7, Semester 1

The first Academy course. Eighteen weeks through Genesis to Malachi on a four-day schedule. Students learn who wrote each book, when they lived, and why it matters. The Messianic thread — the promise of the coming King first spoken in Genesis 3:15 — is traced through every era of Israel's history. Every week includes a reading assignment, study questions, a Soul Check, and a 150–200 word written response. The student who completed Year Six arrives here primed — the God of Exodus 34 studied in Series 19 is the same God met in Genesis 1.
